Reservations: All reservations will be confirmed after we receive a 50% deposit of total rental charge. Payments can be made via cash, checks, money orders, Visa or Mastercard. Daily maid service and linens are included in your condominium rental. Sorry, no pets allowed on the premises.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date and must be in the form of a written letter or fax. Cancelled reservations are subject to a 25% service charge. Security Deposit: All reservations will include a security deposit which is refundable after the unit is inspected before check out. Parking: Off-street parking is provided for one vehicle per unit.
